My Capstone

   My Capstone for next year is to do more community service for my senior year, I will try to help people as much as I can. I will try to get into National Honor Society and help them with more things.

Reflection on the letter

   After this year, I will become a senior next year. When I think of college, I immediately think about the kind of effect that I have to been through. I have to have a good GPA score and SAT score, and other activities in order to get into those colleges. So far, I haven't decide which college that I really want to go. I said I will go to California's college, I will live in there during the rest of my life in the beginning of this semester, but I changed my mind right now. I may not go to college out of state. I sill don't want to go to New York neither. I said I will become a mature person who can handle problems effectively in the beginning of this year. I don't know if I really changed, maybe not. I am now aware of which I am sure I was previously aware of as last year are my strong emotions. I was being very angry and extremely happy at various occasions. I can't change my bad temper, I didn't know why. I hope I can't change my lazy character next year. This year,I was just a little bit lazy, I hope I can be more diligent, I hope I can get straight A in my report card and find a good college.

Physical Activity Injuries

   My top is about physical activity injuries, there is always a risk of accident or injury with any activity that involves movement. When we are not in good physical condition or has not sufficiently warmed up or cool down, the risk of injury during physical activity. This topic will teach us some type of injuries and how to protect ourselves from injuries.
   First, I'm going to talk about some risks of injury during physical activity. When we doing some physical activity outdoors, there are some weather-related health problems need to be taken into consideration. Factors such as wind, humidity, and air pollution can increase your risk of injury or illness. We should pay attention to weather warnings. The second one is hot-weather health risks. Two concerns during hot water are dehydration, or excessive loss of water from the body, and poor air quality. Many hot-weather health problems are related to overexertion, or over working the body. When we participating in cold-weather activities,dress in three layers to keep warm. The first layer should pull moisture and perspiration away from our body. The middle layer should provide insulation. When we began any cold-weather activity, start slowly and be sure to warm up our muscles. Frostibite is a condition that results when body issues become frozen, and it requires professional medical treatment.
   The sun's UV rays cause sunburn, so I will introduce some way to protect from sunburn, so I will introduce some way to protect us from sunburn.We can avoid sunburn by cover us much of the clothing as possible when we expose to the sun. We can use sunscreen and lip balm with a sun protection factor(SPF) of at least 15. We can apply sunscreen for 30 minutes before we go outside.
   There are minor injuries such as muscle camps, and some sprains are easily treated. Because our muscle cramps can be relieved through light massage. There are some major injuries includes fractures and dislocations, tendonitis, and concussions. 
   Then I will give everyone a little activity to do for this lesson, they will have two people as a group to make a nice poster about how teens can get injuries while participating in the activity and presents ways of staying safe.
   I think this lesson would give us a glance at many different kinds of injuries while we participate in the sports.This is important because lots of people like sports, and it's easy to get themselves hurts if they don't play sports in a right way or they don't warm up.
   This summer, I think I will go to exercise everyday, I will for 30 minutes in the morning in order to keep my health. I will also try to learn how to swim, I think this would be an interesting activity to learn.Sometime, I think I will go out with my friends and play basketball.
